Baseball Pushes Back Region Contest Against Glascock

MACON, Ga. – Due to heavy rains and wet field conditions, the FPD baseball team and head coach Jim Turner have pushed back its scheduled region game against Glascock County to Wednesday, April 16 at 4:30 p.m.

The game against Glascock marks a busy week for the Vikings.

FPD returns to the field on Thursday, April 17 for “Jim Turner Appreciation Night” on Thursday, April 17 against GMC followed by a trip to Turner Field, the home of the Atlanta Braves, for a game against Warner Robins High School on Saturday, April 19 at 1 p.m.

The Vikings are currently 11-5 and 8-1 in Region-7.
