Summer Workouts for Varsity Sports

MACON, Ga. – FPD is pleased to offer various workout times for all student-athletes throughout the summer months.

These workouts are intended to better prepare our athletes for their upcoming sports season(s).

Please note the following sport and time for summer workouts. Check back for further updates.

Girls and Boys Cross Country: Mondays at FPD from 8-9:30 a.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m.-10 a.m. (last half hour in the weight room with coach Michael Walton); Wednesdays at the Georgia Children’s Home from 8-9:30 a.m.; Fridays run on your own at home.

Football:  As assigned by Coach Moore and his staff.

Softball: As assigned by Coach Turner and his staff.

Volleyball: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in the weight room.
