Volleyball Takes Road Match at Upson Lee

THOMASTON, Ga. – The FPD volleyball team (5-6) won its second consecutive match o Thursday night, besting the Upson Lee Lady Knights in three games (22-25/25-8/25-13).

The Lady Vikings bounced back after dropping the first game 22-25 by winning two straight.

Mackenzie Johnson paced FPD on the night with 10 kills, while fellow teammate Abigail Pierce notched seven kills to her credit along with two aces. Kate Patterson finished the match with two kills and one block as well.

The Lady Vikings return to the court on Tuesday, August 26, traveling to Perry High School for matches against Perry and Warner Robins.
