Boys Golf Claims Victory over Tattnall Square at Healy Point 152-193

MACON, Ga. – The FPD varsity boys golf team (3-0 in head-to-head matches) took to its home course in Healy Point Country Club on Thursday afternoon, taking on the Tattnall Square Academy Trojans in a 9-hole match.

FPD would come out on top by more than 40 strokes, claiming a 152-193 victory.

Charles Stroud and Jay Spivey each carded a 37 (+1) for the Vikings while Wilson Andress finished with a 38 (+2). Rounding out FPD’s fourth score was Wesley Hanson with a 40 (+4).

Tattnall was paced by the 46 (+10) of Parker Faircloth and Chandler Gay.

The Vikings return to the links on Thursday, March 24, hosting Schley County at Healy Point.

Opening tee shots are set for 4 p.m.
