Stroud Honored by Macon Touchdown Club

MACON, Ga.- First Presbyterian Day School senior quarterback Brooks Stroud has been honored by the Macon Touchdown Club as “Back of the Week” for his play during Week 7 of the regular season.

The Viking leader was instrumental in aiding FPD to its second region win of the season against region 7-A opponent Twiggs County 63-21 on October 12.

Stroud ran for three touchdowns on 10 carries and 128 yards. He also threw for two scores on 7-of-12 and 109 yards against the Cobras.

A team captain, Stroud has helped the Vikings outscore its opponents the past two games 94-28.

Stroud and the Vikings return to play on Friday, October 19, traveling to Sparta, Ga. to take on Hancock Central at 7:30 p.m.
