Football Finishes Season No. 13 in Power Rankings

MACON, Ga.- After going 4-2 over the last six weeks of the season, the First Presbyterian Day School football team (6-4, 4-3 Reg. 7-A) comes in at no. 13 in the latest GHSA Class A Private School Power Rankings for the week ending November 10.

The rankings are used to determine state playoff qualifications and seeding at the end of the season.

FPD was ranked no. 12 in the November 3 poll but fell one spot after a 42-14 loss to Aquinas on November 9.

With the regular season in the books, the Vikings now await word from the GHSA on its first round playoff opponent on November 23. Check for further details in the coming days.
