Cross Country Runners Receive All-Middle Georgia Recognition

MACON, Ga.- The First Presbyterian Day School girl and boys cross country teams have been recognized on the All-Middle Georgia cross country team, released by the Macon Telegraph on December 21, 2012.

A total of five runners made the squad, two from the boys team and three from the girls squad.

Will Martin and Patrick Hague made the Boys GHSA Team as both qualified in the top-10 for having the fastest time at the State Meet.

Jessica Smith, Danielle Ferro and Savannah Phillips join the girls team as well with the same credentials.

The season was memorable one for both the Lady Vikings and Vikings. Both cross country teams won the GHSA Area 1 Meet and advanced to the Class A State Meet.
