Football Players Earn All-Middle Georgia & AP All-State Honors

MACON, Ga.- After earning its second straight GHSA Class A State Playoff berth during the 2012 season, the First Presbyterian Day School football team has posted multiple players on the Macon Telegraph All-Middle Georgia Team as well as the Associated Press (AP) All-State Team.

The Vikings landed three players on the All-Middle Georgia second team: senior wide receiver Scott McCormick, senior quarterback Brooks Stroud, and junior linebacker Will Black.

Joining McCormick, Stroud and Black on the All-Middle Georgia second team is defensive back Kaleb Fuller.

Senior kicker Connor Albright, senior running back Darron Moore, and junior defenders Brandon Cox and Martin Wilson were also named Honorable Mention on the All-Middle Georgia team.

Black earned first-team honors on the AP All-State list.

McCormick, Stroud and Albright were honored by earning a spot on the second-team.
