Girls and Boys Swimming Finish Second on December 7 Meet at Northside Pool

MACON, Ga.- The First Presbyterian Day School girls and boys swimming teams competed in their fifth meet on Friday, November 30, hosting an event at The Northside Pool. The event welcomed six total teams on the night.

The Vikings posted impressive finishes in its fifth outing of the season. The girls racked up 326 points, which was good for a second place finish. The girls finished behind first place team winner Houston County High School, however, FPD was one of only two teams on the girls side to post triple digits in total points.

The boys team looked to build on their first place win from November 27 at The Lovett School and did so by placing second overall for the second straight time since the victory. FPD posted 323 points, 198 points behind first place winner Houston County.

FPD returns to the water on Wednesday, December 12, traveling to swim at the Clayton County Meet at 5:30 p.m.
