Swimming Recaps from Dec. 12 Meet at Clayton County

JONESBORO, Ga.- The First Presbyterian Day School girls and boys swimming teams competed in their sixth meet on Wednesday, December 12, traveling to metro-Atlanta for the Clayton County Meet at the Steve Lindquist Aquatic Center.

The Vikings posted impressive finishes as the girls took home third place while the boys finished fourth on the night. The event welcomed seven schools competing on each side.

The girls team racked up 104 points, finishing two spots behind first place winner Northside High School.

In the boys meet, the Vikings placed fourth with 95 points, finishing behind first place winner Winder-Barrow High School.

FPD returns to the water on Friday, December 14, hosting a meet at the Northside Pool at 7:00 p.m.
