Girls and Boys Swimming Splash to Fourth Place on January 26

MACON, Ga.- The First Presbyterian Day School girls and boys swimming teams competed in their tenth and final meet of the season on Saturday, January 26, hosting an event at The Northside Pool. The event welcomed 13 total teams on the day.

Both the Lady Vikings and Vikings posted fourth place finishes to end the 2012-13 campaign. The girls team finished the event with 158 points, while the boys totaled 180 points.

Houston County won both the girls and boys race, accumulating over 400 points each.

The FPD swim team had one team member qualify for the GHSA State Meet. Junior Gerald Johnson will compete at Georgia Tech on February 8-9.
