Boys Golf Defeats Jones County to Tee-Off 2013 Season

GRAY, Ga. – The First Prebyterian Day School boys golf team hit the links for the first time of 2013 on Monday, March 4, taking on Jones County at Jonnesco.

The Vikings claimed the victory, shooting the lower score of 162 while Jones County posted a 176.

Senior Brooks Stroud shot a 39 in the nine-hole tournament. Fellow senior Kaleb Fuller posted a 40, while senior Conner Albright finished with a 41. Dalton Taylor scored a 42 on the day as well.

FPD returns to the golf course quickly, playing in a march vs. Northside at Healy Point on  Wednesday, March 6.
