Football at No. 15 in GHSA Power Ratings

MACON, Ga. – The FPD football team (6-3, 5-1 Reg. 7A) is ranked no. 15 in the latest Class-A Private Power Ratings, released Tuesday, Nov. 5 by the GHSA office.

The rankings are used at the end of the regular season in Class-A to determine state playoff qualifiers, with the top-16 teams from public and private schools advancing to the tournament.

FPD has an overall ranking of 10.51 after a commanding 42-24 win over Warren County on Senior Night on Nov. 1.

The Vikings return to the field on Friday night, Nov. 8 for the final regular season game at Aquinas.

Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. in Augusta.
