Girls Soccer Moves Up Viking Cup Match to Wednesday, March 4

MACON, Ga. – In anticipation of oncoming inclement weather on Thursday, March 5, FPD head soccer coach Josh Trieste has announced several schedule changes for the soccer programs.

The Lady Vikings will now host Warner Robins in day one of the Viking Cup on Wednesday, March 4 at 7 p.m. at the FPD Soccer Complex.

Trieste has also announced the following changes:

– JV girls tomorrow will now be played at FPD at 5:00 p.m. (March 4)

– JV boys tomorrow will still be played at Warner Robins High School, but now at 5:30 p.m. (March 4)

– The FPD vs. Warner Robins Viking Cup match, originally scheduled for Thursday, will now be played tomorrow night (Wednesday, March 4) at 7:00 p.m.

– All games this Thursday are now canceled in anticipation of the rain. This is for varsity and JV.

– Next Tuesday’s JV games vs. Stratford (March 10) have been canceled and we are looking at alternate dates for these matches, as well as the Marion County JV match that is being canceled Thursday.

All schedules on have been adjusted to reflect the most recent changes.
