Hotchkiss, Robert Johnson and Raines Named Football’s Week 4 “Practice Players of the Week”

MACON, Ga. – FPD head football coach Greg Moore announced today, Sept. 24, that three members of the varsity football team have been named “Practice Players of the Week” for Week 4 of the 2015 season: senior Garrison Hotchkiss and sophomores Robert Johnoson and Joshua Raines.

The award, given weekly by the FPD football coaching staff, acknowledges players who exhibit hard work, teamwork and attention to practice details.

“These three guys gave us effort that was noticeable and made not only themselves better but our whole team better,” Moore said.

Moore said the awards will be announced every week for the remainder of the 2015 campaign.

“I’m proud of all three guys. Each one plays a different position, so their impact goes a long way in helping our entire team get better,” Moore said.

All three players were rewarded with a special lunch on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 23.
