Friday’s game marks the second time both football programs have met since joining the GHSA (the Vikings joined the league in 2010 and the Cavaliers in 2014).

The Vikings knocked off the Cavaliers in 2014 at home, a 42-21 win at Austin Childers Field at George S. Johnson Stadium.
