Football No. 16 in Final GHSA Class-A Private Power Ratings

THOMASTON, Ga. – The Georgia High School Association (GHSA) released the tenth and final edition of the Class-A Private Football Power Ratings on Tuesday, Nov. 10 with the Vikings (6-4, 4-2 Reg. 7A) coming in at no. 16 overall in the polls.

The ratings are used to determine the Top-16 teams from Class-A Public and Private. At season’s end, those teams advance to the GHSA State Playoffs.

FPD ranks in with 10.48 points after claiming a 34-14 Region-7 crossover victory over Hancock Central High School on Friday, Nov. 6.

Now, all power rating schools will have 24-hours to appeal their position. Final GHSA Class-A Private Playoff Brackets will be posted on Nov. 11 in the afternoon hours.
