Lacrosse Drops Road Match at Whitewater, 14-5

FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. – The FPD varsity lacrosse team (2-7) dropped its second consecutive match, succumbing to the Whitewater Wildcats 14-5 on Tuesday night, March 21 on the road.

Alex Bercik and Will Watson lead the Vikings with two goals on the night.

Austin Bardash also netted a goal for FPD in the loss.

Klein Woods and Watson each recorded one assist in the losing bid.

FPD keeper Will Ware picked up 25 saves in goal.

The Vikings return to action on Thursday, March 23, taking on the Stratford Academy Eagles.

Face-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Stratford.
