Baseball Shuffles Weekly Schedule Due to Forecasted Severe Weather

MACON, Ga. – The FPD varsity baseball program and head coach Denny Bryant have announced multiple schedule changes for the week of April 3 due to forecasted severe weather in the middle Georgia area on Monday.

FPD’s 9th Grade and Varsity games against Northside scheduled for Monday, April 3 have been moved to Tuesday, April 4 with start times of 4 p.m. (9th Grade) and 6 p.m. (Varsity) at FPD.

Wednesday’s Middle School contests at Stratford have been moved up one day to Tuesday, April 4 at 4:30 p.m. (Red Team) and 6:30 p.m. (Black Team).

FPD’s 9th Grade and Varsity double-header against GMC Prep originally scheduled for Wednesday, April 5, has been pushed to Thursday, April 6. The 9th Grade squad takes the field at 4:30 p.m. followed by the Varsity at 6:30 p.m.

Thursday’s varsity contest at Southwest has been cancelled due to the changes in the schedule.
