Girls Soccer State Playoff Information vs. Pinecrest (Elite Eight)

MACON, Ga. – The FPD varsity girls soccer team (20-0) will look to remain unbeaten and advance in the GHSA Class-A State Tournament on Friday night, May 5, hosting the Pinecrest Academy Lady Paladins (11-8) at the FPD Soccer Complex at 7 p.m. in the Elite Eight round of play.

As a reminder, admission is $7 for all spectators at the gate.

Advance tickets are available in the Viking Store for students only at $5 through lunch on Friday afternoon, May 2.

Only GHSA Coaching Passes and valid media credentials will be valid for entry to the game free of charge.

The Lady Vikings defeated Strong Rock 3-0 in the first round and knocked out Lakeview Academy 3-0 in the Sweet 16 on Tuesday, May 2.

The Lady Paladins defeated Darlington 2-0 in the opening round before picking up a 3-1 victory against Savannah Christian in the Sweet 16.

Friday’s match will be the first time the Lady Vikings and the Lady Paladins have met in program history.
